Kim Yowell

EVP, Servicing at Fairway

Kim Yowell is responsible for servicing operations at Fairway, which includes customer service, servicing loan transfers, and subservicer oversight. Kim and the servicing team are highly focused on the customer, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the servicing transfer process. Kim, a CPA, holds a BBA in accounting from Texas Christian University and has over 30 years of leadership and servicing management experience in financial services. Kim has served on the Freddie Mac Advisory Board, the MBA Loan Administration Committee, the Black Knight Servicer Advisory Board, and the Fiserv Servicing Advisory Board. Currently, Kim is a Five Star National Mortgage Servicing Association member and is serving on the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association Board. Kim and her husband, John, live in Grapevine, Texas. They have two married children — also both CPAs — and two grand-girls, plus a prized German shepherd!
