Marion Silas

Marion Silas is an experienced professional in construction lending and operations, currently serving as Vice President and Construction Operations Manager at CMG Financial, where a new construction lending department was established, leading to the development and rollout of various loan products nationally. Prior roles at George Mason Mortgage, LLC and direct experience in construction loan processing, structuring, and closing successfully closed over $300M in loans. With a strong background in housing services and community development, Marion has also contributed to organizations such as Prince William County Homeless Services and has interned with the U.S. Department of State. Marion holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University.
