Sarah Lowry has extensive experience in business transformation, process improvement, and operations excellence. Sarah is currently the Director of Business Transformation and Sales at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. Prior to this, they worked as a Process Improvement Specialist at the same company, leading the implementation of a new ERP and peripheral suite. Sarah has also worked as an Operations Excellence Coach and Mentor at RIFT Group, Director at Untamed Space Gaming Limited, Operations Excellence and Transformation Coach at Alliants, Head of Operations Excellence Team at the UK Ministry of Defence, Operations Excellence Coach at Serco, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at NGA Human Resources, Six Sigma Consultant at Vodafone, Associate Principal Consultant at OEE, and Consultant at Alliants Limited. Sarah has a strong track record of delivering change, continuous improvement, and IT solutions across various industries globally.

Sarah Lowry attended Red Maids School in Bristol, UK from 1977 to 1984. Sarah did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study at this institution. In addition to their education, Sarah also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Sarah became a Six Sigma Black Belt through the Six Sigma Academy/Capability Group in the USA in September 2001. Sarah also earned an ISO9000 Internal Auditor certification from QMI Ltd in November 1993. Sarah obtained an Advanced Certificate in Business Travel from City and Guilds in April 1993. Sarah achieved an Associate Qualification from the Institute of Bankers in October 1985. Most recently, they completed ASIST 11 Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training from the Centre for Suicide Prevention in September 2019.
