Tyler Silveira's work experience begins in 2011 when they worked as a Logistics Assistant at Target, where they provided logistical assistance and restocked supplies for customers.

In 2012, Tyler joined the US Army as a Reconnaissance Specialist. Tyler conducted regular maintenance on military vehicles and ventured ahead of main military forces to conduct reconnaissance on multiple roadways. Later on, they became a Lead Reconnaissance Specialist and was responsible for managing subordinate growth and conducting inspections of military equipment.

In 2018, Tyler joined Microsoft's Software and Systems Academy, attending a full-time, hands-on eighteen-week IT program to transition veterans to careers in the IT industry. Tyler gained experience in installing and configuring Windows Server 2016 roles and managing networks and machines locally and remotely.

After completing the program, Tyler worked at Tek Experts in 2019 as a Support Engineer. Tyler was the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve billing and technical issues. Tyler also assisted customers with quota limit support requests for Azure virtual machines and other Azure resources.

In 2020, Tyler joined CMIT Solutions, Inc. as a First Response IT Technician. In this role, they provide troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ticket escalation for clients' IT issues. Tyler manages user accounts for clients' Active Directories and Office 365 tenants and remotely troubleshoots errors on workstations and peripherals.

Tyler Silveira began their education at Central Texas College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Afterwards, they attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2018 to 2023, majoring in Information Technology and earning a Bachelor of Technical Management degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Tyler Silveira also obtained several certifications. Tyler completed the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) Cert Prep courses in various subjects, such as Threats, Attacks, and Vulnerabilities; Technologies and Tools; Architecture and Design; Identity and Access Management; Risk Management; and Cryptography. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in February 2019. Tyler Silveira also earned a certification in Network Fundamentals from Pearson VUE in October 2018.

Furthermore, Tyler Silveira holds certifications in Basic Life Saver from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and IT Fundamentals from CompTIA. The specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
