Lisette Ramjiawan

Lisette Ramjiawan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisette worked as a Leidinggevende in Restaurant at Gewoon Gouds B.V. from July 2018 to September 2019. Lisette then transitioned to the role of a Pedagogisch medewerker at BLOS kinderopvang from October 2019 to October 2020. Lisette later joined NSPOH (Netherlands School of Public & Occupational Health) as a planner and organizer in the Onderwijsmanagement department. Their responsibilities included administrative work, online education support, and handling tasks such as billing, complaints, evaluations, and diplomas. Lisette worked at NSPOH from October 2020 to August 2021. Afterwards, Lisette became an Officemanager at Broad Horizon, where they ensured the smooth running of administrative and organizational tasks and collaborated with the HR and Facility departments. Lisette held this position from August 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Lisette is working as a People & culture coördinator at Cmotions starting from May 2023.

Lisette Ramjiawan completed their education at ID College from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Pedagogisch medewerker. In addition to their degree, Lisette also obtained several certifications from Blos academy in March 2020. These certifications include "Omgaan met ouders", "Training Correct NL, is het met een d,t,dt", "Training Feedback geven en ontvangen", "Training Klantcontact- inbound", "Training Klantvriendelijkheid", "Training Luisteren, Samenvatten, Doorvragen", "Training Telefonisch verkopen", "Training Voortgangsgesprekken voor medewerkers", "Training integriteit", and "Training resultaatgericht samenwerken voor teams". Furthermore, they passed the Sociale hygiëne exam from SVH in June 2018.
