Abigail Bader is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at CMR Group since February 2023, Abigail oversees all HR functions for the United States. Prior to this role, Abigail worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Scheels from October 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included employee relations, talent management, onboarding, and benefits processing. Abigail began a career in business development and recruiting with positions at Addison Group and Integrative Staffing Group, demonstrating a strong ability to build client relationships and identify top talent. Abigail holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish Language and Literature, and Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
