Sarah Midgley has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Sarah started their career as a Librarian at Villa Corsi Salviati in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Assistant Teacher at Academy for Little Learners and later as a Marketing Assistant at TomoTherapy.

In 2011, Sarah joined Linco Care Ltd as a Marketing Assistant and subsequently became a Marketing Officer at THE FED. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Graphic Designer on a freelance basis.

Sarah then transitioned to CMSPI, where they held multiple roles. Sarah started as a Design Manager in 2014 and later became the VP of Design and Communications. Sarah'smost recent role at CMSPI was Head of Creative Services, which they held from February 2019 until the present.
