Olga Kitsis

Olga Kitsis currently serves as the VP of Strategic Human Resources at CMX1 (ComplianceMetrix) since February 2023. Previously, Olga held various roles at MetricStream from October 2012 to February 2023, including Sr. Director in the Executive Office, where leadership and operational oversight for the Office of the CEO were provided, and Sr. Director of Global Deal Desk, responsible for building the Deal Desk approval system and fostering partnerships to enhance revenue. Olga's career also includes leadership positions focusing on customer success, human resources, and compliance, along with experience as a Senior Support Analyst at J.P. Morgan and a Senior Staff Accountant at Suttle & Company. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University.
