Gareth Guenigault

Lead Scientist - Services at CN Bio Innovations

Gareth Guenigault has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field since 2013. Gareth began their career as a Research Associate in Virology at the University of Cambridge in 2013. In 2015, they joined hVIVO as a Discovery Scientist and then a Senior Discovery Scientist, where they led a team of bioinformatics and proteomics scientists in projects to discover early biomarkers to predict disease states in influenza and asthma. Gareth also worked closely with project managers and clinical scientists to deliver projects including work for DARPAs Prometheus project, and was the lead scientist on a project resulting in a patent on a gene signature to predict Influenza contagiousness. In 2019, they joined CN Bio as a Senior Scientist and Lead Scientist - Services.

Gareth Guenigault completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sussex between 2005 and 2008. Gareth then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Immunology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2008 and 2012.
