Angel Sevilla is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at CN Tower / Tour CN since October 2022, Angel has previously held the positions of Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Chef at One King West Hotel & Residence and The Shore Club Toronto, as well as working as a Chef Instructor at Centennial College. Angel's culinary journey began with a role as Executive Chef at FAB Concepts Inc. and as Executive Sous Chef at Renaissance Toronto Hotel Downtown. Angel holds a degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College.
