Brooke L. is a research assistant specializing in the Russia Studies Program at CNA Corporation since February 2022, following experience as a program associate at Partnership for a Secure America and a political, security, and development trainee at the Delegation of the European Union to the United States. At the EU Delegation, Brooke L. produced daily foreign policy updates to aid policy decisions and attended Congressional hearings to inform EU headquarters. Previous roles include an undergraduate research fellow at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, where Brooke L. presented research on US-Russian arms control, and a US-Russia relations research intern at the Center for the National Interest. Early experiences also include a research internship at The National Security Archive and multiple roles in student government and community engagement. Brooke L. holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Michigan.
