David Eisenberg

David Eisenberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in claims management and litigation. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Claims Oversight in the Major Litigation Unit at CNA Insurance since February 2016, David has previously held the position of Claims Consultant. Prior to this role, David worked as an Associate Attorney at Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden, LLP from January 2011 to February 2016, managing a substantial caseload involving general and professional liability matters and drafting various legal documents. David's legal experience also includes externships at the Westchester County District Attorney's Office and Pace Women's Justice Center, as well as internships at John Jay Legal Services and AllianceBernstein. David holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware.
