Tanya Decman

Tanya Decman has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Vice President and Territory Distribution Leader at CNA Insurance since February 2017. In this role, Tanya manages the Seattle and Portland territories, overseeing operations across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Alaska, with responsibility for profit and loss as well as management of underwriting resources. Previous positions at CNA include Vice President of Field & Distribution Marketing and Sales & Distribution Zone Leader, where Tanya developed integrated sales strategies and built high-performing sales organizations. Prior to CNA, Tanya held various roles at Chubb Insurance from September 2006 to February 2017, including Marketing Manager and Practice Leader for the San Francisco branch, managing significant written premiums across multiple insurance lines. Tanya holds a BA in Economics Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
