Lori Schultz

Lori Schultz, SPHR has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Lori currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at CNB Bank & Trust, N.A. since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Director at Becker Iron & Metal, Inc. from May 2021 to August 2022. Before entering leadership roles, Lori worked their way up from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Generalist at Utilitra, where they served from January 2011 to May 2021.

Lori Schultz, SPHR, holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Illinois State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Interior Design. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) designation from HRCI in December 2017. More recently, in March 2021, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Additionally, they have acquired specialized knowledge in Organizational Theory & Design and Employee Compensation through Micro HR courses offered by HRCP in February and April of 2022, respectively.
