Paula Kennedy

Paula Kennedy is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Syntasso, where responsibilities include driving the strategic direction of the product, customer acquisition, and open-source strategy since February 2021. In addition, Paula serves as a CNCF Ambassador and Advocate for Team Topologies, while also organizing conferences for Fast Flow Conf, Kubernetes Community Days UK, and DevOpsDays London. Paula has held senior leadership roles at VMware and Pivotal Software, including Senior Director positions focused on education and cloud solutions in EMEA. Previous to these roles, Paula co-founded CloudCredo, leading to a successful exit through acquisition by Pivotal. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Marketing with French and German from The University of Salford.
