Taylor Dolezal

Head of Ecosystem at CNCF

Taylor Dolezal is the current Head of Ecosystem at the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). Prior to this, they served as the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at The Walt Disney Studios. In this role, they cultivated relationships with vendors and team leaders across studios which led to a more empowered and productive team. They also started the SRE newsletter and regular meetings with team leaders across studios which greatly improved cross-team communication.

At CNCF, they are responsible for facilitating, empowering, and curating communication between the release team and various stakeholders including the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), the media, contributing vendors, and Kubernetes project managers.

Taylor Dolezal is a computer science field student at DeVry University. They are also a certified program committee member for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2022 from The Linux Foundation, as well as a track chair for both KubeCon + CloudNativeCon China 2021 and KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021. Furthermore, they are an Exam Developer for Certified Kubernetes Application Developer and have completed the LFC101: Inclusive Speaker Orientation from The Linux Foundation. Additionally, they are Gremlin Certified Chaos Engineering Practitioner.

Taylor Dolezal reports to Priyanka Sharma, General Manager. They are on a team with Jessie Adams-shore - Public Relations Manager, Katie Meinders - Public Relations Manager, and Chris Aniszczyk - CTO.
