Natasha Beavers

Natasha Beavers serves as the Human Resources Director at CNEXT Partners, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on HR practices, enhancing diverse hiring, and implementing performance management programs that significantly improve internal promotions and employee engagement. Prior to this, Natasha held various HR positions at Ecolab, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner, contributing to initiatives that enhanced employee experiences and reduced turnover. Natasha's earlier experience includes HR roles at Hopscotch Adoptions, Inc. and The Education Center, where recruitment and employee relations were key focuses. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Housatonic Community College.
