Collaboration, Learning And Adapting Lead at CNFA

Lungani Dube is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research across various sectors. Currently serving as the Collaboration, Learning and Adapting Lead at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since March 2022, Lungani focuses on effective learning and implementation for the Amalima Loko initiative in Matabeleland North. Previously held roles include MERL Coordinator at Plan International Zimbabwe and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Sustainable Agriculture Technology (SAT), where Lungani contributed to the Beef Enterprise Strengthening and Transformation Project. Additional experience includes positions at Childline Zimbabwe and Empretec Zimbabwe, alongside significant involvement in information management and business development. Lungani holds a Master of Social Science in Monitoring and Evaluation and multiple degrees in related fields from Lupane State University and the National University of Science and Technology.
