Patrick Robertson

Patrick Robertson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Patrick currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer / Chief Administrative Officer at CNG Holdings, Inc since February 2019. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Executive Human Resources and Business Process Consultant at Leadership and Culture Consulting, where they created strategies and organization designs to transform HR functions.

From 2014 to 2016, they served as the CHRO / SVP, Human Resources and Organizational Development at PenFed Credit Union, where they provided strategic and operational leadership for their HR practices. Patrick also worked as the VP, Human Resources at OCI Enterprises from 2010 to 2013, where they aligned HR plans with the business and prepared for major acquisitions.

Earlier in their career, Patrick held various leadership roles including Senior Director of HR, North and South America and Caribbean / Global Sr Director of OD and Learning at SITA, VP of Human Resources at Advanced Glassfiber Yarns, LLC, and Executive Director of HR at Cummins Engine Company. Patrick also spent several years at Michelin Tire Corporation - North America, where they served as Director of Organizational Design and Effectiveness and Manager of Corporate Management Development and Training.

Patrick began their career in the US Army as a Captain, where they received several accolades for their performance and leadership skills. Overall, Patrick Robertson brings extensive experience in HR leadership, transformation, and organizational development to their current role.

Patrick Robertson has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Patrick later pursued an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business. In 2005, they completed an executive program in Strategic Human Resources Management at Harvard University.
