Bonnie Oziminski

Bonnie Oziminski has a robust background in HR leadership, with extensive experience at CNH Industrial since January 2007, where roles include Vice President HR Transformation and Global HR Business Director for Technology and Product Development. In these positions, Bonnie serves as a strategic HR business partner, focusing on organizational productivity, talent development, and cross-functional integration across various departments. Prior to CNH Industrial, Bonnie worked as an HR Business Consultant at RCG Information Technology, where expertise in crafting advanced HR practices was demonstrated. Bonnie also held the position of HR Director at Kemper Insurance for over 24 years, managing HR initiatives for a workforce of 1,700 and positioning HR as a key strategic partner in the organization. Bonnie Oziminski completed education at DePaul University.
