Luisa Guarischi

Luisa Guarischi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Agriculture Segment Commercial Operations in the APAC region at CNH Industrial since February 2014. In this role, Luisa manages and consolidates finance operations, oversees budget and forecasting activities, and provides financial analysis for regional brands and projects. Luisa previously held positions including CFO for South East Asia, Japan, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, as well as various commercial controller roles at CNH International SA, where responsibilities included managing P&L, budgeting, and financial support across diverse markets. Prior to CNH, Luisa worked as a Senior Accountant at TS Informatica SRL and an Account Reviser at Studio Perla SAS, contributing extensive knowledge of bookkeeping, financial policies, and compliance. Luisa holds a Diploma of Accounting and Expert Trades from ITCS A. MORO.
