Yavuz Sikca has held various high-level positions in the automotive industry, with experience spanning multiple countries and regions. Currently serving as the APAC Quality Director at CNH Industrial, Yavuz has also held roles such as APAC Parts&Service Director and Head of Aftermarket Solutions Australia - New Zealand within the same company. Prior to CNH Industrial, Yavuz worked at Groupe Renault as the Country Spare Parts Sales Manager and Branch Manager. With a background in mechanical engineering and additional education in business administration from Harvard Business School and economics from Boğaziçi University, Yavuz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their work.
