Mike Heard

Mike Heard is the President of the Worksite Division at CNO Financial. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including positions at Washington National Insurance Company, CNO Financial Group, and Genworth.

Mike began their career at Genworth in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy & Product Support. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company's business strategy, as well as overseeing product development and customer support. Mike left Genworth in 2013 to join CNO Financial Group as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations. In this role, they were responsible for CNO's day-to-day operations, including claims processing, customer service, IT, and finance. Mike was promoted to President of CNO Financial in 2020.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has a MBA from Duke University.

Mike Heard attended Purdue University for both their undergraduate and graduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering.
