Francesca Torresin

Francesca Torresin is an accomplished professional in channel development and telemarketing with extensive experience in the insurance and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Head of Channel Development at CNP Santander Insurance since June 2016, Francesca oversees digital and telemarketing sales channels, customer experience programs, and digital asset development. Previous roles include Campaign and Telemarketing Manager for Europe, where Francesca managed the startup of remote channel distribution. Francesca's career also includes significant positions at MetLife Europe Limited, TeleTu - Vodafone Group, Tele2, and several other organizations, where responsibilities spanned B2C sales, customer care, and team leadership.
