Richard Ratliff

Richard Ratliff has extensive experience in pipeline and facilities construction management, currently serving as Superintendent of Operations at CNX since February 2018, and previously held the role of Senior Facilities and Pipeline Construction Foreman. Prior to CNX, Richard worked as Chief Inspector at CONSOL Energy, where responsibilities included leading inspection efforts in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Richard also gained experience as a Route Development & Infrastructure Design Specialist at Eureka Hunter Pipeline, LLC, focused on designing pipeline routes and collaborating on engineering and construction efforts. Before that, Richard operated as a Business Owner at Titan Services LLC, providing independent consulting, logistics services, and construction management. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Glenville State University.
