Michelle Mayle, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at CO-AX Technology Inc. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at Moore Counseling & Mediation Services, Inc. from November 2016 to January 2022.

Michelle also has experience as an Independent HR Consultant at HR216, LLC where they worked from 2007 to September 2021. In this role, they specialized in staffing and recruiting, policy development, compliance audits, and training for various industries.

Michelle Mayle, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Michelle earned their high school diploma from Euclid Sr. High in 1984, where they studied a general curriculum. In 2003, they graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Services Administration. Michelle furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their degrees, Michelle has also acquired professional certifications. In 2010, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. Three years later, in June 2013, they obtained a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
