Brent Satterfield has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology industry. Brent began their career in 2006 as a Scientist/Cofounder at Arcxis Biotechnologies, where they helped secure funding and contributed to the development of innovative diagnostic reagents. In 2008, Satterfield founded Cooperative Diagnostics, where they invented core technologies, developed commercial strategies, and built a global distribution network. In 2011, they joined Invoy Technologies as the Acting Chief Scientific Officer/Director of Engineering, playing a key role in inventing chemistries for breath analysis systems and enhancing manufacturing processes. Satterfield served as the CEO of Co-Diagnostics HBDC from 2013 to 2014, and later became the Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Scientific Advisory Board at Co-Diagnostics, Inc in 2015. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in scientific innovation, strategic planning, and creating partnerships in the biotech industry.

Brent Satterfield pursued their education in the field of Biomedical Engineering. Brent first obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, from 2002 to 2005. Continuing their academic journey, they then went on to earn a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
