Darius Bohan-Taghian

Darius Bohan-Taghian has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in HR technology and recruitment, demonstrated through various leadership roles at Co-op since November 2010. As Head of Colleague Contact and HR Product Manager, Darius was instrumental in the digital transformation of HR Services, implementing technologies such as Oracle HCM, leading to a significant reduction in contact volume. Previous positions include Resourcing Operations Manager, where Darius oversaw the introduction of innovative recruitment technologies, and HR Programme Delivery Manager, responsible for transforming recruitment services across over 2600 stores. Earlier experience at Co-operative Financial Services focused on managing supplier relationships and recruitment campaigns. Darius's educational background includes attendance at St. Bedes RC from 1998 to 2003.
