Del Booth

Del Booth is an experienced business improvement and process optimisation professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Business Optimisation Lead at Co-op since February 2021, prior roles include interim Programme Manager at Amazon, Interim Project and Process Improvement Manager at Penguin Random House, and Business Process and Performance Director at Ecobat Technologies. Del has consistently demonstrated expertise in developing efficient processes, driving strategic change, and delivering measurable improvements in performance, evidenced by a successful track record in roles at Balfour Beatty, Lavendon Group, Rolls-Royce Naval, and the NHS. Del holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Nottingham and multiple degrees, including an MSc in Operational Research from Cranfield University. Additionally, Del is a certified Lean Six Sigma black belt and Prince2 Practitioner.
