Dr. Emily Anhalt has held a variety of positions in the field of psychology since 2009. Dr. Emily began their career as a Psychotherapist in a Private Practice in 2009. In 2011, they became a Speaker and Workshop Facilitator for dremilyanhalt.com. In 2015, they were an Adjunct Professor at Notre Dame de Namur University. In 2016, they began working as a Clinical Psychologist in a Private Practice. Most recently, in 2018, they became CoFounder and Chief Clinical Officer of Coa.

Dr. Emily Anhalt holds a Doctorate (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Psychology Intensive from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and a Philosophy Intensive from Stanford University in 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Emotionally Fit Leadership from Coa in April 2021.
