Mcc ️ Elias Scultori

Elias Scultori, MCC 🏳️‍🌈 has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. They started working at Coach U, Inc. in 2015, where they held the roles of Assistant Director of Coaching Education and Faculty. In 1994, they founded their own company, Elias Scultori, LLC. Within this role, they have served as a Master Certified Coach (ICF), ICF Registered Mentor Coach, Team Building Facilitator, Faculty/Trainer, Brand/Marketing Strategist, and Music Director/Manager. Throughout their career, they have been involved in coaching education, mentor coaching, team building, coaching training programs, brand and marketing strategy development, and music direction/management.

Elias Scultori, MCC, has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 1988 to 1992, Elias attended Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, earning a BA degree in Music with a specialization in Piano performance. Following this, Elias pursued further education in the field of music and completed a Master of Music degree at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, from 1996 to 1998.

Expanding their skill set, Elias enrolled at The Chubb Institute from 2001 to 2002, obtaining a degree as a Web Designer with a focus on Web and Graphic Design. This certification allowed Elias to venture into the digital realm.

Elias also pursued holistic health and wellness studies. In 2011 to 2012, Elias attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earning a degree as a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach. Later, in 2015, Elias obtained another certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the same institution. Continuing their journey in 2017, Elias attended UMass Chan Medical School and completed a program on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

The pursuit of professional coaching led Elias to Coach U, Inc., where they completed the Executive & Professional Coaching program from 2008 to 2009. Elias also became a CoachU Certified Graduate (CUCG) from the same institution in 2012.

Further advancing their coaching career, Elias achieved the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in January 2022. Elias also holds the ICF Member Badge, obtained in January 2008.

Additionally, Elias has obtained multiple certifications related to their coaching practice and career development. These include being Caliper Certified by Caliper in October 2018, a Holistic Health Coach & Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in November 2012, and an MBTI (Myers-Briggs) Practitioner by The Myers-Briggs Company in April 2011.
