Nancy Wescott

Nancy began working with Coaching Right Now in 2021, after a 30 year career holding senior level operations and field leadership positions in large global retailers. She is driven by an optimistic spirit and a passion for developing high performing teams and individuals in order to maximize their capabilities and build organizational leadership capacity.

As a Senior Client Advisor, Nancy is focused on helping clients develop their leaders and solve their business challenges with tailored coaching programs designed to exceed expectations.

She enjoys long trail hikes and adventurous Backpacking trips. She earned a BS in Marketing and Business from the University of Florida.
