Anna Maria Casas Rudbeck

Anna Maria Casas Rudbeck is a seasoned executive coach and faculty member with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational change. Currently serving as a Faculty Member at Duke Corporate Education since August 2020, Anna Maria has held various coaching roles, including Global Executive Coach and Founder at Perspectives Work LLC since February 2009. Prior to this, Anna Maria was a partner at International Coaching and has a rich background in finance and human resources, having worked as CFO at Sage and Financial Controller at Nike. Anna Maria holds an MSt in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, a BA in Science of Business Administration from City University of Seattle, and additional education from Stanford University and Universidad de Los Andes.
