Benjamin Horwitz has had a varied work experience in the basketball industry. In 2017, they began their career as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Post University. In 2018, they were a Mens' Basketball Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University, as well as an Elite Camp II Coach at Hoop Group and a Patrick Beilein Skills Academy Coach/Counselor at Le Moyne College. In 2019, they worked as a Coach at CoachUp, an Elite Camp Coach at Harvard University, a Volunteer Elite Camp Coach at Yale University, an Elite Camp II Coach at Hoop Group, and an Assistant Director at the Jim and Juli Boeheim Foundation. In 2020, they began working as a Mens' Basketball Assistant Coach at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Benjamin Horwitz began their educational journey in 2009, when they attended William H. Hall High School until 2013. Benjamin then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management at Syracuse University, which they completed in 2017. Afterward, they returned to Syracuse University and obtained a Master of Science in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation in 2020.
