Gene Nech, MBA has over 10 years of progressive talent management experience and confidence development, as well as 4+ years of direct marketing experience. Gene has held a number of roles throughout their career. In 2016, they became President of Eurekademics, LLC. From 2006 to 2016, they worked as a Transformational Coach at CouchUp, teaching martial arts and ethics to a diverse student base ranging between 4 and 65 years of age. From 2012 to 2016, they were also a Business Strategy Consultant at California State University, Northridge.

Gene Nech, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Northridge, which they earned between 2010 and 2012. Their field of study was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UC San Diego between 2005 and 2009. Their field of study was Business/Managerial Economics. Gene also holds a Black Belt from Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters, as well as a Mastering QuickBooks certification from Real World Training.
