Jadd Schmeltzer has a long history of professional and entrepreneurial experience. Jadd began their career in 2011 as a Professional Baseball Player for the Boston Red Sox. Jadd then worked as a Coach and Instructor for Teels Baseball and a Marketing and Technical Associate for B.D.J. & J. Associates LLC. In 2014, they became a Professional Baseball Player for the Trois-Rivières Aigles and in 2015, they were a Professional Baseball Player for the Quebec Capitales. In 2015, they also founded J-Man Enterprises, Inc. and created Athletes Antics. In 2016, they became an Account Coordinator for Ocean Media and a Professional Baseball Player for the Solingen Alligators. In 2018, they became the Director of Esports for The Center for Educational Innovation. In this role, they were responsible for developing and running the Esports Department, including all management, hiring, marketing, sales, and operational elements. Jadd created the first competitive scholastic Esports event in NYC, The Battle of the Boroughs, and developed the Esports Academy, an 8-12 week after school enrichment program. Jadd was also invited to lead a panel discussion about high school esports programs at the 2020 College Esports Expo in Boston, MA.

Jadd Schmeltzer attended Bergen Catholic High School from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a High School degree. Jadd then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics and Management - Entrepreneurship at Cornell University from 2007 to 2011.
