Korey Kripli has a varied work experience that spans from 2008 to 2017. In 2008, they volunteered at the Red Land High School Boy's Basketball Camp, coaching 100 boys ages 6 to 14 and helping to plan drills and coordinate competitions. In 2011, they volunteered at the GoWags Baseball Camp, coaching 50 boys ages 6 to 10 and helping to teach fundamentals and coordinate drills. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at the Red Cedar Family Wellness and Fitness Center as a Floor Instructor/Personal Trainer, creating workout plans for gym members, calling members to renew their memberships, and fixing and cleaning gym equipment. In 2015, they worked at DeWitt High School as the Freshman Baseball Head Coach and at Athletes for College, Inc. as a Recruiting Specialist. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at West Branch Rec Center as a Member/Event Coordinator and at CoachUp as a Personal Coach. Korey also worked at Ogemaw Heights High School from 2017 to 2018 as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach and the JV Baseball Head Coach.

Korey Kripli obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport Management from West Virginia University between 2010 and 2014. In 2017, they obtained a CPR certification from the American Red Cross. In 2018, they obtained a ServSafe Allergens Michigan Certificate of Completion and a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from ServSafe Certified. In 2015, they obtained a Heads Up Football certification from USA Football.
