Shannon Krosoczka has been in the fitness industry since 2010. Shannon began as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at XP Performance in 2010. In 2011, they moved on to become a Personal Trainer at Cambridge Athletic Club. In 2012, they took on the role of Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach at Rx Strength Training. In 2013, they became a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach at Shann BAM Fitness and a Sport Specific Coach specializing in Lacrosse, Hockey & Basketball at CoachUp. In these roles, Shannon has worked on studying clients' strengths and weaknesses and setting up game plans to attain their goals. Shannon has also created programs to help each athlete reach their athletic goals and offered Personal Training, Online Training, Partner Training, Elite Athlete Training, and Small Group Training.

Shannon Krosoczka has a diverse educational background. In 2007, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, majoring in Finance and Marketing. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Nutritional Consultant from the American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA, studying Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, Health, Nutrition, and Functional Training. In 2011, they became a Kick Boxing Certified Instructor from the International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA). In 2012, they achieved a Level 1 Kettlebell Certified Trainer from Kettlebell Functionally Inspired Training (KFIT). In 2013, they earned a Certified Personal Training from AAPT Continuing Education, specializing in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT Certification). Shannon Krosoczka graduated from Wachusett Regional Highschool prior to their college studies.
