Shannon Marchant

Shannon Marchant has a diverse work experience spanning from 2021 to 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Project Manager for Impellam Group. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles such as a Running/Track & Field Private Coach for CoachUp, Head Cross Country Coach and Head Track & Field Coach for Ernest W. Seaholm High School, and Assistant Track and Field Coach for Warren Mott High School. In 2015, they joined Guidant Global as a Senior Project Manager and Reporting Analyst. Additionally, in 2016, they were the Head Coach for Girls Cross Country at Cousino High School in Warren, MI.

Shannon Marchant completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2013, followed by a Master of Science in Intelligence Analysis from the same university in 2015.
