Kristin Baldwin

Kristin Baldwin is an experienced compliance and government affairs professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance at CoAdvantage since October 2024. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Director of State Government Affairs at NAPEO from April 2022 to October 2024. Kristin's extensive background includes serving as the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies and advocacy efforts. Kristin also worked as the Senior Director of Governmental & External Affairs at the Kentucky Distillers Association, where significant accomplishments included securing a $13 million state tax credit for the bourbon industry. Other notable positions include Federal Affairs Manager at Global Automakers and earlier roles at the Kentucky Distillers' Association and the Kentucky Commerce Cabinet.
