Vanaja Shrivastava is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing various NAVFAC and other Federal Government projects, utilizing both Design Build and Design Bid Build methodologies, with project values ranging from $100K to $5M. Currently employed at Coakley & Williams Construction since May 2023, Vanaja previously held similar positions at Eichberg Construction, Inc. and Desbuild Inc. from September 2016 to May 2023 and July 2013 to September 2016, respectively. Proficient in scheduling using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, budgeting with SAGE Timberline ERP software, and overseeing all aspects of construction management, including design development, cost monitoring, and project closeout.
