Mayana Pirovane

Mayana Pirovane has a varied work experience that spans from 2016 to the present. The most recent role is as a Product Manager at Coaktion, which began in June 2022. Before that, they worked at PicPay, where they held multiple positions, including Coordinator of Customer Experience | SAC from March 2022 to June 2022, Leader of Relationship from October 2019 to April 2022, and Relationship Analyst from April 2019 to October 2019. Prior to PicPay, Mayana had internships at the Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 17ª Região from August 2017 to December 2018, the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Espírito Santo from March 2017 to September 2018, and an Advocacy Office from February 2016 to January 2017.

From 2019 to 2020, Mayana attended Multivix and completed a post-graduate program in Direito Constitucional e Administrativo.

In the same period, they also attended Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante – FAVENI and completed another post-graduate program, this time in Direito Tributário.

From 2014 to 2018, Mayana studied at Multivix and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Direito.

In 2019 and 2020, Mayana pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Legislação e Rotina Previdenciária e Trabalhista at Multivix.

Additionally, Mayana has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed the certification in Fundamentos do Scrum from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Mayana also completed various courses on Agile, Scrum, and project management from Alura, including Agile avançado, Agile na prática, and Scrum partes 1 to 6.

In November 2022, Mayana obtained a certification in Comunicação assertiva: reduzindo conflitos e frustrações from Alura, and in May 2023, they obtained certifications in Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School and UX Metrics Básico from PunkMetrics.

Mayana has also completed Sprinklr certifications in Modern Care Agent Pro and Modern Care Supervisor Pro in February 2022.
