Joe Florence

Joe Florence has extensive experience in product development and design within the fashion and outdoor industries. Currently serving as a Developer, Merchandiser, and Designer at Coal Headwear since 2007, Joe focuses on OEM product development and design. Prior to this role, Joe owned Imprnt Design from July 2010 to July 2021, specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and sewing. Joe also contributed as an Assistant Designer for Softgoods at Ride Snowboards from 2004 to 2006 and worked as a Designer at KAVU from January 2002 to February 2004. Joe holds an Associate degree in Fashion Design from The Art Institutes, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and completed a 12-minute course at Helicopters Northwest in 2013.
