Heather Minks

Heather Minks has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Masters in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Heather has held various HR positions at companies such as Coalfire, Mission Health, City of Asheville, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Archer Daniels Midland, OppenheimerFunds, and Sun Microsystems. Currently, Heather is the Vice President, Human Resources Business Partners at Coalfire. Their experience includes roles such as HR Strategic Business Partner, Director of Career Services, Corporate Human Resources Manager, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, among others.
