Ariane Flieger is an experienced talent acquisition and HR leader with a robust background in executive search and global talent management. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent and Executive Search at Coalition, Inc. since May 2020, Ariane oversees talent initiatives within the cyber insurance and security sector. Previously, Ariane held senior roles at Sysdig and Docker, Inc., leading global talent functions and aligning strategies with business objectives. Earlier experience includes a senior director position at Adchemy, co-founding People Dynamics, and serving as a recruiter at Netscape Communications and Sun Microsystems, contributing to significant company growth during pivotal times.
