Bridie Tiplady

Head of Customer Success at Coassemble

Bridie Tiplady has a long history of work experience in customer service and support. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Keith Tulloch Wine as a Cellar Door Assistant. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Wine Selectors in various roles, including Support Team Co-Ordinator, Outbound Member Experience Team Co-Ordinator, Member Experience Co-Ordinator, and Member Experience Consultant. In 2018, they joined Coassemble as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Agent, where they demonstrated their Customer Success skills and delivered exceptional support for an eLearning SaaS business. Bridie has highly developed written and verbal communication skills to deliver a one-of-a-kind customer experience.

Bridie Tiplady has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle, which they obtained between 2010 and 2011. Bridie also has four Certificates of Completion from BLAZE, Training Organisation, and Training Organisation, which they obtained in September 2022.
