Beth Sarvela CRCM, CAMS has over 18 years of work experience in the financial industry. Beth is currently the EVP Chief Compliance Officer at Coastal Community Bank, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the SVP Chief Compliance Officer at Coastal Community Bank and SVP, Sr. Director of ERM from March 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Coastal Community Bank, Beth worked at Simple Finance as the Director of Compliance & BSA Officer from August 2018 to March 2021, and as the Credit Compliance Manager from March 2018 to August 2018.

From October 2016 to March 2018, they worked at Umpqua Bank as the VP Compliance Manager. Prior to that, they held the positions of VP Senior Compliance Officer from December 2010 to October 2016 and Auditor from June 2008 to December 2010.

Beth's career began at McGladrey as an Auditor from March 2006 to June 2008. Their first job in the financial industry was at U.S. Bank, where they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager from April 2003 to March 2006.

Beth Sarvela received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Beth completed their undergraduate education at this institution from 1999 to 2003.
