Jennifer Bilcze is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Tidewater Consultants- JB LLC, a consulting organization that specializes in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management. With a background in legal recruiting and experience in various leadership roles in talent acquisition, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Jennifer has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Kent State University. Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong dedication to building and scaling talent acquisition functions, as well as implementing innovative people strategies to create a 'people first' culture within organizations.
