Thomas MacGregor

Thomas MacGregor, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Business Relationship Manager at Coastal Community since February 2023. Previously, Thomas held the position of Director of Development Finance at WestUrban Developments Ltd. from November 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included supervising a team of eight finance professionals and managing financing transactions for multi-family real estate developments. From May 2016 to November 2021, Thomas was an Investor at Fresh Prep. Earlier in the career, Thomas worked at CIBC as Director & Team Lead in Leveraged Finance from February 2014 to April 2021, overseeing a portfolio of over $500 million in various investment types. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from BCIT School of Business + Media.
