Valerie Derrick

Valerie Derrick has extensive experience in property management and leasing, currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Coastal Properties of Virginia Inc. since July 2016. In addition, Valerie has worked as a Leasing Specialist at Coastal Properties since August 2013. Valerie holds a degree in Health Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2010 and 2013, and also completed a program at Care Perfections Institute in 2013.
